Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how B2Business Hub collects, uses, and protects personal data. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email, company name, phone, country, and industry preferences you provide.

Consent records: the agreements you accept, together with a timestamp and IP address, retained as proof of consent.

Usage data: searches you run, results returned, and export activity, used to enforce plan limits and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process account and company-profile data to operate member-only Find matching, manage subscriptions and billing, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Matching from public web data and curated company records continues independently.

We do not sell your personal data. If you opt in for your company and provide its company name and profile, it can appear in relevant Find searches shown to signed-in members, including when your account is on a free plan. A company with a paid Lux or Ultra listing receives matching priority in relevant Find results regardless of the searching member's plan; Ultra also includes Top List placement. Find results are member-only; public member profile and directory pages are not offered.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We rely on contract performance to provide the service you request, consent for company opt-in visibility and marketing communications, and legitimate interests to secure and improve the platform. You can withdraw visibility consent at any time; member-only Find results are separate from public profile or directory pages, which are not offered.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing at any time.

You can request account deletion from your account settings or by contacting us. CCPA rights, including the right to know and the right to opt out, are honored for California residents.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Consent logs are retained to demonstrate compliance.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Google Analytics Connection Data

When you voluntarily connect Google Analytics, we receive your Google account identifier and email address, the Analytics accounts and properties available to you, the property you select, and read-only Analytics reporting data such as traffic, acquisition channels, engagement, and conversion metrics. We request the Google Analytics read-only scope and cannot use it to modify or delete your Google Analytics data.

We use this data only to provide the SEO dashboard, traffic reporting, growth analysis, and related features you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers acting on our behalf or where legally required.

We securely store an encrypted OAuth refresh token while the connection remains active, together with the selected property and synchronization records needed to operate the feature. You can disconnect Google Analytics from the SEO Robot interface, which deletes the stored connection credentials. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. Related reporting records are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to legal and security retention requirements.

B2Business Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Contact
