Data Sources & Your Rights

Where our data comes from

Public web sources: our search discovers companies from publicly available websites and business listings. Contact details shown in results are collected from each company's own public website.

Licensed business-data providers: we supplement results with professional contact data from established providers such as Hunter.io and People Data Labs, which compile business contact information from public and licensed sources.

Information you give us: registration and company-profile details, including whether you opt in to member visibility.

What we do — and don't do — with it

We only process business contact information (company names, business roles, work emails and phone numbers) for the purpose of B2B matchmaking. We do not sell personal data, and we do not process consumer data.

If you opt in for your company and provide its company name and profile, it can appear in relevant Find searches shown to signed-in members, including when your account is on a free plan. A company with a paid Lux or Ultra listing receives matching priority in relevant Find results regardless of the searching member's plan; Ultra also includes Top List placement. Find results are member-only; public member profile and directory pages are not offered.

Your rights

You can request access to the data we hold about you or your company, ask us to correct it, or have it removed entirely from our platform — regardless of where you are located.

Removal requests are processed within 30 days at the latest, and usually much faster. Once removed from our platform, your details will no longer appear in results generated by our platform; this does not remove information from third-party websites or company directories.

Unsubscribing from emails

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it stops all automated emails immediately — no login required.
